Our 3 Step Process

Step 1 & 2:
Consultation and Exam

At your first in-person visit, we’ll find out what’s going on, determine what to do about it, and figure out how long it’s going to take to heal. The doctor will do a short but thorough exam, take X-Rays, discuss what’s going on, and how we could help. You’ll have your first treatment today as well as answers to the questions: What's going on, why, what to do about it, how much that costs and how long it takes to heal. We’re here to help and we’re honest about it.

Step 3
Treatment and Care Plan

This is where the healing happens. At your initial visit the doctor will go over the plan that works best for your care. Now it’s time to execute the plan and heal. Your care plan will outline specific treatments, and estimate the length of time it will take for your body to heal, naturally, as well as specific exercises and stretches to help.

No matter whether your condition was caused by a sport, work accident or otherwise, we welcome the chance to serve you.
